  • Georgene Gray

It's a lifestyle! I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and live an all around "healthy life style". I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, young and old. I am passionate about helping those who are new to Pilates or fitness in general , seniors or people with injuries. When I'm not working you will find me outdoors running, biking, hiking, kayaking - just about any outdoor activity. I love Pilates as it can help people with basic functionality or training an elite athlete. I also enjoy playing the piano and listening to live music.

I completed my STOTTS MERRITHEW PILATES comprehensive mat and reformer training in St. Paul . I have also received my instructor certification this year (2017).

  • Heather Haugen

I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I began practicing Pilates about 10 years ago, hoping to balance the many miles of running I was doing and the weight training I enjoy. I found the increased core strength and postural awareness that I gained from Pilates improved my overall mobility and strength. I am trained in STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer, also Injuries & Special Populations. I enjoy working together with clients to inspire them to achieve happy, healthy lifestyles and to meet their fitness goals. I plan to continue my Pilates training as I embrace learning as part of a life-long journey. I believe that building a strong body and mind is key to living your best life. My motivation is having the ability to do what I love for as long as I can! When I’m not training at the gym, I enjoy hiking, Nordic skiing, backpacking, running, cooking and spending time with my family and two German Shepherds.
